Therapist Agreement

1. Role of TherraSpace

TherraSpace is a technology platform that connects therapists with space owners offering therapy rooms.

TherraSpace:

• Does not provide therapy services
• Does not provide or control space rental services
• Acts solely as an intermediary facilitating bookings

2. Independent Professional Status

You acknowledge that you are an independent professional.

Nothing in this Agreement creates:

• Employment
• Partnership
• Agency relationship

You are solely responsible for your professional services.

3. Professional Responsibility

You agree to:

• Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards
• Ensure confidentiality of client information
• Comply with applicable laws, licensing, and regulations
• Conduct sessions responsibly within the booked space

TherraSpace is not responsible for therapy outcomes, clinical decisions, or your professional conduct.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are made through the Platform
• Payments are processed via TherraSpace

You acknowledge that:

• TherraSpace collects payments on behalf of space owners
• A portion of the booking amount is paid to the space owner
• TherraSpace may charge platform or convenience fees

5. Fees

You agree to pay applicable platform or convenience fees as displayed at the time of booking.

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the TherraSpace Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Use of Space

You agree to:

• Use the space only for lawful professional purposes
• Maintain cleanliness and respect the premises
• Adhere to booking time limits
• Avoid causing damage to property

8. Liability for Damage

You are responsible for any damage caused to the space during your booking.

Any disputes regarding damage must be resolved directly with the space owner.

TherraSpace is not responsible for such disputes.

9. Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your clients
• Client safety and well-being
• Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries

TherraSpace has no role in therapist-client relationships.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TherraSpace, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Therapy services provided by you
• Misuse of space
• Violations of law or professional standards

11. Account Suspension

TherraSpace may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate this Agreement
• Engage in misconduct
• Provide false information

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TherraSpace shall not be liable for:

• Therapy outcomes
• Client-related disputes
• Incidents occurring within rented spaces

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
