Everything you need to know about using TherraSpace.
General
TherraSpace (often written as Theraspace or Therra Space) is a platform that connects therapists with professional, soundproofed therapy rooms available for hourly booking. Space owners list their rooms, and therapists can search, book, and check in seamlessly.
It is a simple 4-step process:
- Browse available spaces on the Search page.
- Select a date and time slot from the calendar.
- Review your booking summary and apply any coupon.
- Confirm with a secure online payment. You will receive a confirmation with a unique OTP for check-in.
Sign up as a Space Owner, then navigate to My Spaces and click Create Listing. Fill in your location, pricing, amenities, and upload photos.
Once submitted, our team reviews and approves the listing before it goes live.
After your booking is confirmed, you receive a unique OTP code. When you arrive at the space, enter the OTP on the check-in screen to verify your identity and confirm the room is ready for your session.
We take privacy seriously at every level:
- All listed spaces are verified for soundproofing.
- Automatic buffer time between sessions prevents any client overlap.
- Each booking uses a private OTP check-in so only verified therapists can access the room.
We support all major payment methods via Razorpay:
- UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit and Debit Cards
- Net Banking
All transactions are encrypted and processed through Razorpay's secure gateway.
Space owners add their bank details under Settings > Payouts. After a completed and verified booking, the payout minus platform commission is processed to the registered bank account.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both therapists and space owners:
48 or more hours before session
Free cancellation
24 to 48 hours before session
Remaining 50% goes to the space owner
Less than 24 hours
No-show
No cancellation and no arrival
If a space owner cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full 100% refund automatically. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Yes. Rescheduling is a great alternative to cancelling as it lets you keep your session without losing any money.
How to reschedule:
- Go to your Bookings dashboard.
- Find the booking you want to change.
- Click "Reschedule / Cancel" and select "Reschedule Booking".
- Pick a new date and available time slot on the same space.
- Confirm. Your booking moves to the new slot instantly at no extra charge.
Rescheduling Rules
- Rescheduling is only available more than 24 hours before the session start time.
- You can only reschedule to a slot on the same space.
- The new slot must be available and not already booked.
- No additional charge applies when you reschedule.
- Only confirmed or pending bookings can be rescheduled.
