Before a room goes live, TherraSpace checks that it exists at the listed address on Google Maps, then verifies it in person or through a video call or video from the owner that shows the room and every amenity listed.

Cancel 48 hours or more before the session for a full refund of the room price. Between 24 and 48 hours you get 50% of the room price back, and within 24 hours there is no refund. Some workshop spaces have a longer notice period, described in the cancellation policy.
