Create your listing
Add photos, amenities, your hourly or per-session price, and the days and times the room is free.

We verify the room
We check the address on Google Maps, then verify the room in person or through a video call or video showing the room and its amenities.

Therapists book and pay online
Bookings are paid upfront. You confirm the room is ready 24 hours and 2 hours before each session, and the therapist checks in with a one-time code.

Get paid to your bank
After each completed booking, your earning (the booking amount minus commission) is paid to the bank account you add in Settings.

Questions from space owners
Who can list a space on TherraSpace?
Therapists and counsellors with their own clinic or room, counselling centres, and wellness studios that have a private, quiet room suitable for therapy. Group rooms and workshop spaces can be listed too.
Is there a fee to list my space?
No. Listing is free. TherraSpace earns a commission only when you get a booking: 10% on individual session bookings and 15% on group and workshop bookings.
Who sets the price?
You do. Individual rooms are priced per hour, and group rooms and workshop spaces per session. You can change your price at any time.
Can I choose when the room is available?
Yes. You set the days and hours the room can be booked, and an automatic buffer between bookings gives you time to reset the room.
How and when do I get paid?
Therapists pay online when they book. After a completed booking, your share is transferred to your registered bank account.
What if a therapist cancels?
Cancellations follow the TherraSpace cancellation policy. If a therapist cancels between 24 and 48 hours before the session, part of the room price goes to you. If you cancel a confirmed booking, the therapist gets a full refund.
Who handles GST and invoices?
You are responsible for GST on your room rental and for issuing invoices, as set out in the Space Owner Agreement.
