Space Owner Agreement

1. Role of TherraSpace

TherraSpace is an intermediary platform connecting space owners with therapists.

TherraSpace:

• Does not own, manage, or control listed spaces
• Does not guarantee bookings
• Facilitates payments and bookings

2. Listing Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete listing details
• Ensure the space is safe, clean, and suitable for professional use
• Maintain availability as listed

3. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your property complies with local laws
• Obtaining necessary permissions (including commercial use, if applicable)
• Meeting safety and regulatory standards

4. Pricing

• You set your own pricing
• Prices must be accurate and transparent

5. Payments

You acknowledge that:

• Payments are collected by TherraSpace on your behalf
• TherraSpace deducts commission and applicable fees
• Remaining amount is transferred to you

6. Commission

You agree that:

• TherraSpace will deduct a commission (e.g., 10%) from bookings
• Commission structure may be updated with prior notice

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for:

• Determining applicability of GST
• Issuing invoices for space rental
• Complying with tax laws

TherraSpace is not responsible for your tax obligations.

8. Cancellations

You agree to honor confirmed bookings.

If you cancel a confirmed booking:

• The therapist will receive a full refund
• Repeated cancellations may result in suspension

9. Property Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Safety and condition of the premises
• Any incidents occurring at the property

10. Damage and Disputes

• Therapists may be held responsible for damages caused
• Disputes must be resolved directly between you and the therapist

TherraSpace is not responsible for resolving such disputes.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TherraSpace from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Property-related issues
• Regulatory violations
• Misrepresentation of listings

12. Account Suspension

TherraSpace may suspend or remove listings if:

• Listings are inaccurate or misleading
• Spaces are unsafe
• Policies are violated

13. Limitation of Liability

TherraSpace shall not be liable for:

• Property-related incidents
• Loss of bookings or income
• Disputes with therapists

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
